Working on the principle that the feet contain a map of the whole body in miniature, reflexology works by applying massage to specific points on the feet (or hands) - known as "reflex points" to help improve chi or energy flow in the body,reduce stress, and to restore harmony to both body and mind.
Reflexology is beneficial for any condition where stress is a contributory factor.
Enjoy 50 minutes of pure relaxation focussing totally on the feet.

Reflexology can often help with some of the symptoms connected with pregnancy such as morning sickness, gastric reflux, and constipation.
Reflexology can be enjoyed throughout pregnancy with weekly or fortnightly sessions.
Traditionally, reflexology has been used to prepare for labour. In preparation for labour, a course of 6 sessions is recommended from week 30.
Post-natally, reflexology may help to restore hormonal balance, reduce stress and aid recovery and healing.
