Our deepest beliefs influence every aspect of our lives and it is the deepest ones - of which we’re not even conscious - that have the most effect.
In fact, they’re not beliefs at all, for they are our deep personal responses to experience, and we thus experience them as being true. They shape our view of ourselves and of our world, and so become our reality.
If the original experience was painful or traumatic, then our response is going to have a life-limiting or even negative effect. If we experienced being abandoned when we were a small child, for example, we will continue to carry the pain of abandonment, but we also carry the responses that we made to the situation at the time.
In this example, despite all of our best efforts to live a wholesome life, we may be carrying a (quite unconscious) sense that “Who I am is not good enough to be loved, accepted and cherished” - it will pervade and influence every part of our life and limit our ability to succeed in anything we desire.
To release these restrictions, which are limiting our ability to simply be who we really are, requires circumstances that will allow them to come to the surface of our awareness, where they can be recognised, processed and healed.
I bring experience, awareness, sensitivity, insight, intention and commitment to the inner task of becoming whole.
The art of personal transformation is entirely possible.
