Welcome to Actualisation Resource Counselling Certification
I offer a therapeutic talking service where an individual can find refuge in a confidential environment. I will offer home visits or supply a private counselling room.
My Approach
I approach each individual as unique, with a unique set of personal experiences, feelings, thoughts, beliefs and behaviour.
I work to a Humanistic Integrative philosophy. I fuse this with Psychodynamic approach and CBT. When you feel overwhelmed by events and stress you may have difficulty gaining perspective. I will help you to gain clarity in situations such as:- Stress
- Relationships
- Bereavement
- Addictions
- Personal Development etc.
I will assist you to access and harness your own ability to heal so that you can continue to improve without the need for further therapy.
