SERVICES
I am a teacher teaching classes using small equipment such as the foam roller and bosu. My classes are based in hampshire and dorset, most are full but I do have spaces on a few for those interested in joining in with other men and women looking to strengthen the muscles of the core and generally improve posture and reduce back pain.
I also teach one to one either at a clients house or place of work for those struggling to make it to a set venue at a set time every week. Your goals and aims are achieved with planning and commitment of just an hour a week.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
I have matwork level 2 pilates qualifications, flexibar, bosu, aqua, and step aerobics.
