Therapies
Colon Hydrotherapy
During colon hydrotherapy (also known as colonic irrigation), warm filtered water is gently introduced into the colon, gradually washing away stored waste matter. The procedure is done slowly to ensure that you are comfortable at all times. Your dignity is preserved throughout the treatment. Waste matter is carried away through tubes ensuring the treatment area is clean and odour free. The Colon is washed to remove old faecal waste. Yeast overgrowth (such as Candida) may be reduced, and the colon can be toned to improve normal transit time. Bloating can be reduced and re-infection prevented. Colonic hydrotherapy can help to reduce cramps and spasms and many other problems.

Aqua Detox
The feet are placed in a foot bath which is designed to reduce toxins in the body. The electro magnetic charge of the body is altered from positive to negative and toxin release is encouraged through the pores of the feet. Aqua detox can help many health problems.

Body Wrapping
The area to be wrapped is first massaged and exfoliated, then, a mud or gel mask applied. Bandages are wrapped over the mask. Lymphatic drainage is improved and water retention reduced, leaving the areas treated smoother, more toned and lighter.

Hopi Ear Candles
Hopi ear candles are used to remove excess wax from the ear canal, this can help with earache & blocked sinuses.

Face Lifting Facial
The face is cleansed and massaged. A mask is applied. Either deep cleanse, hydrating or a special face lifting mask is used. Products are chosen to suit your needs. The treatment is finished with a suitable moisturiser. Leaving the face feeling smoother, fresher and more toned. Relaxing and beneficial.

Indian Head Massage
Used to improve the circulation and lymphatic drainage to the head, shoulders and upper back. Helps relieve stress and is very helpful for relaxation. Can help reduce the severity and duration of headaches.

Iridology
Iridology or iris diagnosis is a method used to analyze the health status by studying colours, marks and signs in the iris, pupil, and sclera of the eye. The Iris of each eye is examined to discover strengths and weaknesses of each organ/system of the body in general. Nutritional advice and herbal remedies may be recommended to improve the general health.

Massage
Used to relieve aching muscles, for relaxation and stress relief. Aromatherapy or Swedish massage according to needs. Massage aids lymphatic drainage and circulation.

Reflexology
Reflex points on the feet (or hands if necessary) are stimulated to help self healing. The reflexology treatment is relaxing and beneficial for many health worries.
