About Andrew Harry, Healer & Coach and founder of PRANA bio energy centres and the RELEASE concept.
Cornishman Andrew Harry left the Royal Navy after more than 20 years of service, to follow his true vocation. He has travelled throughout Europe, South America, New Zealand and Australia refining his healing and coaching skills and has now returned to the UK where he has established a successful practice.
"The turning point began in my mid-twenties when, during an intense period of pressure at work, I began to suffer the symptoms commonly associated with ME. With no health professional prepared to acknowledge the condition, I struggled to complete my flying training at the expense of my health and family life."
The pressure to hold down the job whilst managing his condition led Andrew to embark on a spiritual journey that would ultimately lead to him becoming a Healer. For the next 15 years he practised the discipline of Vichara, espoused by Sri Ramana Maharishi: a very simple meditation system that cuts straight through to 'The Self'.
"As my mind cleared over time I was drawn into the ever more intriguing arena of awareness and energy and how they can affect my performance."
His technical background has enabled him to bring tremendous vigour to his training in energy practice, but he believes that it has been the process of meditation, through Vichara, that provides him with the awareness and clarity of mind so necessary to be effective as a Healer and Coach.
"There is a clear hierarchy when it comes to healing. The free flow of energy will dispel physical disease, but it is the clarity of awareness that eases that energy flow. Indeed, Einstein was quite clear when he stated that one can only solve a problem at a level above that within which the problem was created."
Focussing on the alleviation of that which limits our performance as human beings and a desire to share clarity of mind, Andrew has now embarked - with his customary enthusiasm - on his true vocation. He is first and foremost a Registered Polarity Practitioner, though he chooses to present other disciplines - as a Reiki Master, an NLP Master Practitioner, a Certified EMF Balancing Technique Master-in-Practice and Bio-Energetics, depending on the needs/receptivity of you the Client. These techniques can assist in the release of energy that has become locked up in your system, blocks that can be contributing to mental, physical and spiritual illness.
Andrew combines his therapeutic skills with Coaching, as he believes that NLP Coaching has an integral part to play in true healing.
"In developing the RELEASE concept I intend to bridge the gap between the spiritual and the practical, by defining new best-practice in self-development. I want to help your body, mind and spirit to relax so that your true self emerges and is unrestricted. Then you can start to excel in whatever you want to achieve. I invite you to heal, to explore and to learn how to truly perform to your highest potential."
