Welcome to Bolton Therapy Centre
Karen Willcock (MCSP, MBAcC), Practice Principal qualified at Newcastle School of Physiotherapy and worked both in the NHS and abroad in the Middle East before returning to the UK to complete a 2 year licentiate diploma in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Karen also completed postgraduate training in manipulative therapy techniques before working at Bolton Royal Infirmary specialising in orthopaedic medicine.
Karen began in private practice in 1991 and moved to the current location in 1995, Bolton Therapy Centre is a multi-disciplinary practice encompassing ‘hands on’ physiotherapy and acupuncture, with additional professionally qualified therapists offering Homeopathy, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Reflexology, Sports Massage and Counselling.
We also offer Injection Therapy for joints and soft tissue injuries, and Power Assisted Micro Manipulation, a revolutionary new treatment for back pain.
