SERVICES
I am an ITEC-qualified Swedish massage therapist. I am also qualified to practice Sports massage, Shiatsu massage and Indian head massage.
I work mainly from my home, which is situated between Woking and West Byfleet in Surrey. I offer full-body massages at my home in a peaceful, private road which backs onto the Basingstoke canal.
I can massage you with background music or relaxing sounds. I have an Ipod Dock with a wide choice of soothing music or sounds from nature (waves, surf, birds, a forest, tropical rain or a thunderstorm for example). Or I can massage in silence.
An Indian head massage takes half an hour and costs £35.
Swedish Massage, Sports Massage and Shiatsu Massage take an hour and cost £75. If you would like a longer treatment (and many people do) I charge £10 for every further ten minutes. So, for example, a 70 minute treatment will cost (£75 + £10) £85 and a 90 minute treatment (£75 + £30) £105.
I am also available for "out calls", where I visit your place. Prices start at £150 for an hour's treatment. If you are more than half an hour's drive from my home in Woking then the charge will be higher.

Treatments Include:
Swedish massage uses softer strokes on the bonier and more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage. This sensitivity to pressure makes it ideal for relaxation. The treatment takes about an hour.
Sports massage involves manipulating the soft tissues to give you a deep and invigorating massage treatment for muscular and joint aches and pains, while other techniques are used to help smooth out 'knotted' muscles. The treatment takes about an hour.
Shiatsu massage reduces tension and blocked energies and clients say they feel refreshed, sleep much better and are more focused afterwards. The treatment takes about an hour and you keep your clothes on.
Indian head massage releases tension in the upper body through the massage of the head, neck and shoulders. Clients feel more relaxed and balanced. The treatment lasts about 30 minutes.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
I have an ITEC qualification in both Holistic (Swedish) massage and Indian head massage from the Nature Care College of Complementary Therapies in Guildford.
I have a diploma in Advanced Massage from the Nature Care College of Complementary Therapies in Essex.
I have a VTCT Sports Massage qualification from West Thames College in London.
And, when I was still in South Africa, I qualified as a Shiatsu practitioner at the School of Head and Foot Reflexology.
