About Me
My name is Pam Lawrence and I am a professionally qualified Personal and Business Coach. I am a member of the Coaching Academy and a member of the Association for Coaching.
I am also a qualified Stress Management Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Therapist.
I have had my own company, Lawrence Associates, since 2001 and I am also Customer Service Director of The Business International Partnership Ltd. (See the “Business Services” page.)
I started my working life some 30 years or so ago and have had a variety of jobs in large and small businesses. The common thread through all of my roles has been one of customer service, i.e. serving and helping others.
Before I started my own business, I was the Manager of a Customer Service Team in a large organisation. It was during a career coaching session with a Personal Development Coach that I realised the aspect of my job which I enjoyed most was helping individual members of my team to grow and develop their potential, either within the team or by moving on to more responsible jobs. This realisation led me to undertake a life coaching qualification and to set up my coaching business.
I have also undertaken careers guidance and mentoring training and, using these skills together with my experiences in helping people to fulfil their potential, I am able to coach people at all stages in their personal and professional lives.
I bring a pragmatic approach to all my coaching relationships with my clients and, whatever the issue, I will guarantee to provide my total commitment to working with my client in a way which helps them to succeed. All coaching sessions are strictly confidential.
