Inspirational Coach, Reiki Practitioner/Master Teacher,Public Speaker and Holistic Therapist with over five years of practitioner experience.
I offer a wide range of adaptable treatments some of which include Reiki, Thai herbal Compression, Seated acupressure, Hot Stone Therapy and Hopi Ear Candling.
I'm an empathetic friendly person that is highly motivated.I work very efficiently providing a professional service which includes good value for money and effective treatments.I have a reassuring manner which will help anxious clients.I will always adapt treatments and coaching as everyone is unique.
Over five years ago I discovered the amazing benefits that holistic treatments had on my own life.I had to end my career as a garden landscaper/designer due to a reoccurring shoulder injury. After my decision I went through a very depressive time in my life.Everyday I woke up with this constant pain in my sholuder and everyday I was taking pain killers that slightly masked some of my injured shoulder symptoms.The pain became my main focus the more I thought about it the worse it seemed to be. The distress, pain and negativity fuelled my body and the reaction to these feelings caused me to develop more health problems.Which included stomach ulcers. muscle spasms, acid reflux, insomnia, depression, anxiety, palpitations, and head aches. I was taking lots of differant medication, until one day I released that this was only masking the cause. Holistic treatments which included Reiki, Chakra Balancing and Indian Head Massage helped to put me back into a positive frame of mind. I also meditated often and this helped me to detach from the pain too.My body was starting to relax and healing took place.Once I was completly off medication I decided to become attuned to Reiki.My pathway changed direction and I have never looked back. I became a holistic practitioner and a Reiki Master Teacher. My story written here is brief and my change happened over time.Never stop taking medication without consulting your medical pratitioner first.
Throughout my practitioner experience of working with many clients I have acquired extensive and valuble skills through research.This has enabled me to become the founder of a totally unique treatment that I have developed it’s called the Stress Buster Special.
