Pilates is a "mind-body" form of exercise that can literally change your life. Mental focus and concentration are as important as the physical energy brought to each movement. The mind-body connection works in harmony to improve physique, posture, self confidence and an extraordinary feeling of wellbeing and fitness.
Unlike Yoga and other complementary disciplines, Pilates uses some complex apparatus to create the exact positions and resistances that are necessary to exercise exact muscles and muscle groups. The exercises are not difficult to do, but must be done exactly for a few repetitions to derive the benefit. We will lead you carefully through the most appropriate set of exercises that match your needs and abilities and ensure that you leave each session closer to your goal. Our studio is equipped with the latest developments in Pilates Equipment, matched only by our expertise in its proper use.
