Hello, and welcome to my website. My name is Sarah Finch and I own and run a complementary healthcare practice - Serendipity Holistic Therapies. My philosophy is to offer you a holistic approach to healthcare, which takes into account your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing and treats you as a whole person rather than just your symptoms in isolation.
I am based in Calcot, which is in Reading, Berkshire and I am a qualified Reflexologist and a Member of the Association of Reflexologists. Since qualifying in 2004, I have undergone additional training and specialise in Maternity Reflexology. I am also a registered Advanced Reflexologist (ART) and I incorporate these deeper techniques into my practice where appropriate. More recently, I have added Thai Foot Massage, to my repertoire, which is an invigorating alternative to Reflexology.
As you have probably gathered, my passion is Reflexology! However, I appreciate that Reflexology does not appeal to everyone so I have trained in other therapies, including Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and EFT. Together, we can choose the treatment(s) that are right for you so that I can support you in achieving optimal health for your individual circumstances.
Of course, you don't need to have anything 'wrong' with you to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of these treatments. All of the therapies that I offer are fantastic for stress relief and promoting the 'feel good' factor. For clients with existing medical conditions, these treatments are complementary to mainstream medical care and are not intended to replace it. Each case is considered on an individual basis to determine the best treatment plan for your needs.
Treatments are available in my treatment room in Calcot, which is to the west of Reading and within easy reach of Reading Town Centre, Fords Farm, Tilehurst, Pangbourne, Southcote and Theale.
