Welcome to Blissfit Personal Training
Do you want to be fitter and feel great, but:- Don’t like the gym?
- Can’t find the time to exercise?

Exercise helps you look and feel great and that's what inspires Blissfit to make exercise and fitness achievable for you, with one to one and small-group personal training sessions away from the gym environment, be it in your home, office or outdoors (i.e. no bright lights and wall to wall mirrors!).
Whatever you need to improve / maintain your health will be provided.That might be help with motivation, structure, new ideas, a challenge or goal setting.
An exercise plan is specifically devised for you which, along with your personal training sessions, nutritional advice, and ongoing email and telephone support from Blissfit, will ensure that you get the best from yourself. This could be something like running that half marathon faster, dropping a dress size, looking good for a key date such as your wedding or a birthday or new job, regaining your figure post baby, lowering blood pressure, sport specific fitness, the list goes on! The key point is that the goal will be specific to you.

About Blissfit Personal Training
Blissfit is run by Becky Marshall who decided to make a career change from a senior position in commercial property whilst expecting her second child. She has always been focused on health and fitness, enjoying team sports and squash, and is currently a keen runner.
Becky qualified as a Personal Trainer with Lifetime Health and Fitness, and is additionally qualified to work with seniors, pre and post pregnancy, and GP referred conditions.
Becky is qualified in First Aid, and is an Advanced Instructor with the exercise and fitness industry regulating body, the Register of Exercise Professionals. She also holds Public Liability Insurance cover to £5m. Along with exercise and fitness programming, Becky is qualified to advise on nutrition and weight management, and clients range in age from their 20's to their 80's.
Becky has recently been involved with NHS ante natal groups advising on core stability (i.e. abdominal and back strength, and pelvic floor building), and general aspects of pregnancy related fitness. Becky is also working with the ARNI Trust (www.arni.co.uk) training stroke survivors in small group settings.
Becky specialises in minimum equipment training, outdoor training, injury rehabilitation and GP referred conditions, and trains men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
