Hellerwork Structural Integration dynamically combines bodywork, movement re-education and dialogue to effectively restore or transform your body's natural mobility and comfort by re-balancing and improving your movement and flexibility to create more adaptable and fluid postures.
Through Hellerwork we help you to unravel your own mysteries by working with the connective tissues – specifically the form of connective tissue of the body known as fascia which is often what causes the restrictions or pain we experience at different times in our lives.
Clients have found that Hellerwork has helped to bring about a permanent and effortless improvement in their physical and mental health, leading to an increased sense of well-being.
The sessions themselves are an enjoyable combination of deep tissue massage, movement re-education and dialogue helping you become aware of body postures and movements that are hindering you and to find more rewarding ones.
