What is Chi Philosophy?
Chi (chee) is an energy force that sustains us, animates us and connects us to the world around us. The Japanese refer to this energy force as Ki or Qi and the Hindus call it Prana.
Philosophy is described as a love and pursuit of wisdom. Chi Philosophy is a love and pursuit of the wisdom contained in the life force.
What does Chi Philosophy do?
The focus of Chi Philosophy is to apply wisdom and reverence to your therapeutic experience. Each treatment is designed to work in harmony with your body in order to bring you to a place of balance and wellbeing.
About Tash Mitch
Tash Mitch worked in the media industry for over 10 years within the BBC and later Music Week. During this time treatments where given to friends as a gift. However the focus began to shift and as a result Chi Philosophy was formulated.
Chi Philosophy was born out of a fascination with the human energetic system, its impact on the physical body and ways in which it could be balanced or harmonised to promote health. The natural expression of this fascination was complimentary therapy which entailed learning the body, its structures, functions and systems.
The next step has been to find ways to combine the physical and energetic therapies into one package that promotes healing on all levels.
Chi Philosophy is committed to exploring the human energetic and physical systems in order to ensure that the benefits of the service provided is always expanding.
