Inner-Self Counsellor/Director - Emma Wiffen MBACP
Full time Counsellor Practitioner and Director of Inner-Self Counselling Centre working from a psychodynamic integrative model. I also work as a counsellor with an essex boarding school working with 13-18 year olds. I have experience working as a counsellor in general counselling agencies as well as working as a counsellor and Mental Health Worker for mental health organisations, specializing in self-harm, sexual and physical abuse/trauma, panic attacks, fears and anger. I also have specialized experience in addictions from working as a drug and alcohol counsellor for an essex probation service.
Inner-Self Sessional Counsellor - Jane Diggons MBACP
Counsellor at Inner-Self Counselling Centre working from a person centred integrative model. In addition to this i also work as a counsellor for a drug and alcohol organization. I have worked for Homestart and have experience of working with Lone-Parents, regularly attending social services CPD courses on child abuse issues. I have experience of working with loss, bearevement, addictions and mental health issues. I also have experience of working with low self-esteem and confidence.

Referrals
Inner-Self accepts referrals from Insurance Companies, Injury Rehibilitation Consultants, Solicitors, Employers, NHS, GP's and Self Referrals. We invoice monthly by agreement directly to the company or by request to the client.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is respected and maintained at all times from the very first phone call, email or visit. No information will be disclosed to anyone including your GP, hospital or workplace, with the following exceptions:
*Where you the client gives written consent for the confidence to be broken
*Where i am compelled by law or under the terms of the childrens act
*Where the client is believed to be in real danger to his/herself or where another person or organisation is believed to be at risk.
(i will always endevour to speak to you first regarding any of these issues)
Insurance
All Counsellors have Personal Idemnity and Public Liability Insurance covering up to £2,5000,000 in my practice and anywhere else i choose to offer counselling i.e home visits/GP/Schools
