Essence of Life was established in June 2000 initially providing therapies on a one-to-one basis, the aim was to make treatments more accessible by providing a mobile service that could accommodate people with busy schedules.
In 2005, the business expanded to provide on-site health services within the workplace for organisations looking to invest in the health and wellbeing of their employees.
Now in 2009 we are introducing a retail range to encourage clients to maintain the benefits received within the treatment sessions.
My philosophy is that everyone deserves a little bit of time out from the hectic routine of modern living. Myself and those I work alongside are committed to the health and wellbeing of others and this is achieved by not only offering a range of physical therapies but also by providing tools to incorporate changes to lifestyle which will increase physical strength, increase motivation and aid relaxation.
