I have been working as a complementary health therapist since 1998. My aim is to offer a service to help you to release stress and to restore balance and harmony. I see healing as the creation of movement, freedom and flow on all levels. All stress impairs freedom of movement. I specialise in working with the body’s energy system to restore flow at this level, this in turn helps to restore balance and flow on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
I believe that we have within us the knowledge and ability to be healthy and to live purposeful fulfilling lives, but often we are unable to access this potential. This is where energy therapies can help. By working with a Health Kinesiology tool called muscle testing, blockages that are stopping us from being healthy and fulfilling our potential can be found and released. Health Kinesiology allows us to tune into the wisdom of the body to learn what it needs to help restore optimum health. The more we are able to tune into this wisdom and follow its guidance the easier it is to be healthy.
I use Health Kinesiology muscle testing to find out what would be the most beneficial way of working to relieve your health concerns and to restore your vitality and balance. Within a treatment session we may be using techniques from Health Kinesiology, Emotional Freedom Techniques, EmoTrance, or Reflexology.
