About Us
Having suffered anxiety and panic attacks, brought on by a fast-paced and highly stressful corporate account management position in IT, I sought help. Having seen several different types of therapists and counsellors, and without any serious impact, I stumbled across the Human Givens Institute, and found a local Human Givens therapist.
After the first session I felt much better, and after the second my panic attacks had disappeared. This first-hand evidence of the effectiveness, and speed at which massive changes can occur and change the quality of lives was enough for me to change my career and study to become a Registered Human Givens Practitioner.
Since, I have had amazing success treating clients with Phobias, various traumas, depression and addictions to name a few, and I look forward to helping you get your life back on track as safely and swiftly as possible.
