Combining quality Hatha Yoga classes with an expanding menu of healing modalities such as Reiki, EFT & NLP, I offer a truly eclectic style and a loving presence to assist with balance, rejuvenation, relaxation and emotional relief.
Also on offer are weekly yoga classes for adults and children in the Christchurch, Dorset and surrounding areas.
Call for private sessions with me using the exciting techniques of EFT therapy. A gentle approach to releasing unresolved emotional and physical problems, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) often works on issues when nothing else will.
