Welcome to Future Days Counselling and Psychotherapy in Cornwall
Established in 1999 - Future Days is my trading name for providing Counselling Services in Cornwall. I work in private practice from my own therapy centre where I have been providing Counselling, Psychotherapy and Supervision in Cornwall for over 10 years. I also do contract work for the NHS.
I aim to work with "Thinking, Feeling and Behaviour" - to move towards an holistic understanding of self and an improved quality of life. I encourage clients to learn new skills, so that they can make new decisions and deal with life's difficulties, now and in the future.
I am a BACP Accredited Counseller and Psychotherapist.

I started Future Days in 1999. I first saw clients for CRUSE, working with bereavement from a person centred perspective. I then started to work with private clients while i was completing my 4 years post graduate training in Transactional Analysis, (TA). I reached 450 client hours in 2004 and shortly after gained accreditation with BACP as a Psychotherapist. Since then I have trained, studied and read extensively many different therapeutic approaches. I continue to study and expand my knowledge and utilise regular supervision as per BACP guidelines.
I am also committed to the wider field of mental health. I am a director and trustee of the national charity, MHHP (Mental Health Helplines Partnership), where I work to improve access, quality and governance of mental health helplines across the country.
Also I am an Executive Director of Re-Gain (Cornwall) C.I.C. - Cornwall's first mental health specific social enterprise. We currently run two projects, Nightlink and Sanctuary - see links.
