The yoga
Mitch’s yoga is designed for people new to yoga and those with experience. There is particular emphasis on warming up and stretching techniques to ensure no injuries occur and optimum flexibility can be achieved.
As an ex-rugby player and former gym 'junkie' he is well aware of the need for 'physical' sports and exertion. Having come across yoga several years ago he has been able to see that strength and stamina can be achieved in a calm and mindful way, gaining flexilbility and reducing injury. Many athletes now use yoga to enhance their performance and maintain their health.
His classes are tailored to suit people of all ages and levels of fitness and are designed in a thoughtful progression with counter poses, neutralising poses and resting times built in to avoid injury and maintain balance.
