On your initial visit you will be assessed to help us understand your problem, from this we will agree with you a treatment plan.
Treatment may include exercise prescription, joint mobilisation, acupuncture, deep tissue massage, myofacial release techniques, gait re-education, balance work, or hydrotherapy.
