Welcome! I am a Nottingham-based practitioner, having qualified in ITEC Complementary Therapies in 1996. I am very interested in the body's own potential to heal itself, given the right physical and emotional environment. I believe complementary therapies can help create this environment, providing quality relaxation and healing time.
Therapeutic massage involves the applying of pressure, motion, or vibration to the soft tissues of the body to aid healing from injury, manage pain, improve circulation and lymphatic drainage, reduce stress and induce a state of relaxation. I also offer Aromatherapy, Reflexology, No Hands Massage, Seated Acupressure Massage, facials and waxing. You can find more details on all these treatments here on my website.
