Welcome to GCM Training
I'm Guy C. Manners, and this is my website, to give you information about the services which are available from GCM-Training.
I offer fitness sessions of various types:- to individuals as a personal trainer,
- small groups
- group training sessions (like Martial Fitness, circuit training, Step-Boxing etc)
- and Martial Arts
The most common targets that my clients have are:- training for weight-loss,
- better body-shape &
- better cardiovascular health
I also always ensure that the training targets functional fitness areas, such as:- better balance & reaction-time,
- holistic fitness levels,
- core flexibility and strength
...and for individual client's wishes, I write and follow a program, to target their specific needs.
I give proper holistic training, using my experience and fitness exercises from circuit training, boxing, various Martial Arts, even Yoga, to deliver exactly the training that is suitable to you, your targets and needs; making you fitter in every way, as all-round fitness is the most beneficial.

Of course some clients need sport-specific training, so that's what they get!
I use some free weights and gym-balls, bosu & power bar etc, but I prefer to concentrate on body-weight exercises.
Empathy & skill are very important in this type of training; each client gets exactly what they need, delivered in a way that is suitable to them.
