About Us
A little bit about me...
My name is Laura Dilloway and I am a freelance personal trainer and fitness instructor. I have been working as an instructor for over 7 years and I've been personal training clients for more than 3 1/2 years. I have a passion for health and fitness and my aim is to make you feel better about yourself.
I specialise in functional training, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and core function work using Pilates principles and methods.
I teach in a variety of settings, with a wide range of clients ranging from young adults to the frail and elderly. I am also a part time lecturer at Bracknell & Wokingham College. - Pilates
