Personal Training
Personal Training is more popular now than ever!
Good diet and exercise help us live longer, keep blood pressure and cholesterol in check, reduce our risk of major diseases, relieve stress and simply keep us looking good. And despite the numerous benefits of activity, many people still manage to find an excuse not to do any!!
Not getting it quite right
There are many barriers to exercise (the list is indeed endless), but many people lack time, knowledge and motivation to achieve the results they want. Following the same routine or working incorrectly are the most common problems and they lead to slow results, lack of motivation and a cancelled gym membership. This is where a Personal Trainer comes in.
I inspire you, motivate you and help you smash through your goals.
Time for a change
Having a Personal Trainer removes any barriers to exercise by applying safe techniques and offering sound advice on exercise, lifestyle and nutrition. I apply a fresh approach to training sessions based on years experience and my ability to motivate and program to ensure results come fast. Even the busiest people can fit an hour or two into a week and the motivation & support provides renewed focus.

Massage
What is massage?
Massage therapy is a hands-on manipulation of the soft tissue and joints of the body. The soft tissues include muscle, skin, tendons and associated fascia, ligaments and joint capsules.
Massage has many diverse physiological effects, which are primarily due to the therapist's hands moving over the body. The different movements can physically stretch muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia, encourage the circulation through the tissue, inhibit muscular spasms and be either sedating or stimulating to the nervous system.
The therapeutic use of massage by a massage therapist affects all the systems of the body - in particular, the muscular, circulatory, lymphatic (immune) and nervous systems.
There are over 80 different types of massage used in all parts of the world. Various forms include: holistic, deep tissue, reflexology, sports, & Swedish.
