I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, registered HypnoBirthing Practitioner and Life Coach. I am a member of and abide by the ethics of the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association and HypoBirthing Institute. I previously had a successful career as a senior manager and coach for a number of large companies. I have 2 children.

HypnoBirthing, is working with the expectant mother and her birthing partner to have the best birth you can have. I am a registered HypnoBirthing Practioner
Reiki is done with your clothes on and is a wonderful experience using the universal energy which can be healing or it can be used to relieve stress and may bring a feeling of calm relaxation.
