SERVICES
Welcome to Montrose Osteopathy Clinic
I am Neil Watson, the Osteopath in Montrose. I was born and raised in Zimbabwe, where I qualified as a doctor and worked as a GP for four years before coming to London in 1989.
After training as an Osteopath in London, I worked in London, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk as well as being a senior tutor at the London College of Osteopathic Medicine.
I started a clinic in Montrose in November 2005, travelling up at weekends from Cambridgeshire. As the clinic grew, my family settled here in July 2006 and we now operate a full time clinic.
What is Osteopathy?
Osteopaths consider each person as an individual.
Osteopathy is a natural approach to health. It is a way of looking at and treating damaged parts of the body such as muscles, ligaments, nerves and joints. Osteopaths treat a variety of common conditions including sciatica, repetitive strain injury, postural problems caused by driving or work strain, the pain of arthritis and sports injuries.
Osteopathy may alleviate those types of aches, pains and headaches arising from dysfunction within the musculo-skeletal system that can result from either chronic conditions or acute injuries in people of all ages.
