My name is Ashley, I am the Director of Optimum Gym. I am an Elite Personal Trainer and will always be on hand to offer advice and help boost your fitness routine.

At Optimum Gym, Ruislip's premier health & fitness club, you will find a great range of cardiovascular equipment, machine weights and free weights. With a strictly limited membership, we offer a level of intimacy the larger chains just cannot match. Our member base is very well balanced with ages from 16-88 and we keep a consistent 50:50 male/female ratio.
