Welcome to Mathew Godebski Pilates Yoga
Yoga and Pilates are excellent promoters of relaxation as well as good forms of body conditioning. They are very beneficial for managing stress, improving posture and maintaining a supple, healthy, well-balanced body.
Mathew Godebski has been teaching Yoga and Mat-Work Pilates in Manchester and the North West for several years. He has led numerous workshops and courses at various locations around the UK. Mathew is a trained, qualified and experienced teacher and instructor of: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Sivananda Yoga and YinYang Yoga and Pilates.
Mathew has completed yoga teacher training courses with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres (TTC and Advanced TTC), David Swenson (1st & 2nd series Ashtanga), John Scott, Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley; and he has qualified to teach Pilates with Northern Fitness (Modern Pilates) and East Midlands and Pennine Training, as well as training with the Pilates Institute.
