Welcome to Yoga For Pregnancy
Our aim at Yogahaven is to maintain a centre of excellence. The foundations for this are based on our beliefs of giving quality yoga classes on a very personal level. Our classes are kept fairly small with an average of about 15 people/class enabling our experienced teachers to give lots of individual instruction, guiding students through each of the asanas safely.
Currently we offer the following classes here in Yoga haven Brighton, Hot Yoga (Hatha yoga in a purpose built hot yoga studio), Astanga, Kundalini, and Antenatal yoga courses are frequently run and Pranayama (breath work) classes are held twice a month. We also have a variety of workshops at weekends.
If you build up a regular practise within one discipline we encourage you to sometimes take other classes to balance your practise emotionally as well as physically.

Finding the right teacher
All our teachers are passionate practitioners. They have all undergone intensive training and are fully certified to teach. They are here to guide you through your practice and answer any questions you may have about specific poses.
