My aim is to work with each individual to enable them to improve their bodies natural ability to cope with the stresses and strains of daily life.
The treatments I currently offer are CranioSacral Therapy, Thermal Stone Therapy, Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles & Nutritional Supplementation.
All appointments include a comprehensive consultation which will ensure that the treatment you receive is most appropriate for your needs.
I decided to learn CranioSacral Therapy after seeing the way my son was responding to the treatments he received. He has a Neuromuscular Disorder and has enjoyed sessions since he was a year old.
I realised that this was a really exciting therapy with the ability to encourage the bodies natural self-healing. This inspired me to attend an Upledger course, which taught me techniques to use on the family.
