An holistic therapies business based in Brighton, East Sussex. I believe in your natural state of good health, and that is what I aim to help you achieve. Treatments take place in a peaceful, relaxing therapy room tucked away from the madding crowd.There are many different ways to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life. Taking a positive and active approach to your wellbeing empowers you in all aspects of your life, which is why I am passionate about sharing the wonders of holistic therapies with my clients.

The Therapist - Lucy Corkhill
Having been brought up with a belief in all things holistic, it was natural that Lucy would end up studying and practising holistic therapies. She first completed her VTCT diploma which included Anatomy and Physiology, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Swedish Massage. She has since gone on to study Massage for Pregnancy, Birth and Post-natally with internationally renowned teacher Suzanne Yates of Well Mother and Indian Head Massage. A Doula course for Massage Therapists with Suzanne followed last year, with ongoing study.
Lucy has enjoyed working both from home and in top Brighton therapy centres. She is always adding to her knowledge of the vast field of alternative health and has been holistic health columnist for international ethical magazine The Green Parent for over four years. She is a member of, and insured by, the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
She was recently featured in Living TV's ‘Pregnancy and Birth: The Truth', demonstrating the benefits of massage during pregnancy. She has written for various local publications, including the Argus Body and Soul section and Latest 7. She loves her work and enjoys helping her clients find their path to good health. She lives in the glorious Sussex countryside with her husband and pets.
