Welcome to Fitness Finatix
With over ten years experience Jamie is no cowboy and has the highest qualification in training available and can be found on the ‘Register of Exercise Professionals of the United Kingdom’ website; www.exerciseregister.org. The register is there to help safeguard and promote the health and interests of anyone who is using the services of exercise and fitness instructors, teachers and trainers. Any member of the Register is given a card and registration certificate to prove their qualification and membership.
The business was born when Jamie was once asked what was his favourite thing to do and he replied ‘training’, it was then Jamie realised he could turn something he loved in to a profession and help others on a one to one basis keep fit and healthy. He has already helped local football teams with their fitness training. The business has now been established for two years and is going from strength to strength.
The best thing about Fitness Finatix is it is so versatile. Jamie can train anyone, anywhere to achieve their goal whether this be sports related or general fitness. Not only this, he also gives nutritional advice and diet plans to ensure maximum results for his clients. You can train in your own home or outdoors, whichever you prefer. Every training programme is completely unique to each client with no programme ever being the same so he can meet your personal fitness needs.
If you are shy and want to maybe train alone, with a partner, or a small group of 3 on a one-to-one basis then give Fitness Finatix a ring and book a training session and you can have a small Boxercise class in your own home!
The training is very varied, using different techniques such as ‘Fartlek’ which is a Swedish fitness technique and is Swedish for 'Speed Play'. The technique has been developed since 1930 and allows the athlete to run the distance and speed they wish and varying the intensity levels. Other techniques include Interval, Split Routines and PHA Circuits. You could be trained in anything ranging from weights, boxing, circuits and Boxercise to list just a few of what Jamie has to offer.
