Reiki treatments from Reiki Master/Teacher Pam Ashford. Also workshops to learn Reiki 1 to 3 available. Pam is also an accredited Counsellor with BACP ( MBACP) with twelve years experience. Problems such as anxiety, stress and depression are helped by therapy.

Before training as a Counsellor I worked within Social Services for 17 years. I organised a scheme to help disadvantaged children and their families. I became aware of the need for people to feel supported to offload their troubles without fear of being judged.
I then trained in Person-Centred Counselling and gained my Diploma in Rogerian Therapy from the University of Warwick in 1999. I also have specialist training in Relationship Counselling. I went on to train as a Supervisor of Counsellors and gained an Advanced Diploma in 2003. As an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy I am committed to working within the BACP code of ethics.
