Anyone wishing to learn about connecting the mind, body & spirit ~ deciphering
messages given to us by our own bodies. Anyone wishing to gain healing &
understanding from how the body speaks to us
This course covers:
An in-depth study of the Seven Chakras and how they effect your everyday life
The Chakras in relation to colours
How to identify and understand the messages your body is giving you
How to access the wisdom of these energy centres through meditation and chant
Connecting and working with the Transpersonal Chakras
Each Chakra - how it processes, physical, emotional and spiritual meanings
How we can heal ourselves and understand others more easily through the energy system
Investment: Your investment for this 10 week course is £130 including a comprehensive manual may be paid in instalments. Initial deposit of £30 will secure your place.

Saturday 17th October - Meditation & The Senses incorporating sound healing £35 for day

Reiki shares are a wonderful place to discover Reiki for the 1st time or to practice and gain confidence in skills or you have studied elsewhere and just feel a little rusty?
Whether 1st, 2nd Degree or Reiki Master ~ Don't worry about what you may have forgotten, or don't know ~ the shares are held for you and I am there to provide support, guidance & build your confidence.
We are a friendly group, you will be given a warm welcome! Come & see what we do
We start with a guided meditation, Reiki (giving & receiving), Reiki Techniques followed by refreshments. If you are new to Reiki you can be given a temporary attunement should you wish to benefit giving Reiki yourself
