Shiatsu is a fantastic and effective solution for stress, improving your immune system, your digestion and sleep. Your aches and pains will either disappear or reduce dramatically, you will feel a lot more calmer, vital and at ease even in your busy life, stress will become a thing of the past.
Shiatsu is a Japanese treatment meaning finger pressure. It is done fully clothed on the floor on a special Shiatsu mat.
Included in a treatment: Meridian work, Zone Therapy, Acupuncture points and craniosacral therapy.
A session will take approximately 1 hour+ including a diagnosis and will cost £40 inhouse at our tranquil studio in Islington or £50 at your home or office.
For best results a course of 6 sessions offered (weekly/fortnightly). Most people benefit from these sessions and continue after.
Shiatsu can also make a perfect gift for someone for any occasion (Christmas, New Year, birthday, anniversary, thank you, get well etc). Gift vouchers available for 1, 3 or 6 sessions priced at £40, £100 or £200.
