Being over weight for several years through lack of exercise, caused by arthritis and angina. I needed to lose two stone to be able to have a replacement knee and hip opperations. On the advice of my G.P I went on a Nutrtion, Weight and Lifestyle Management course, along with simple exercise with Sculpting Fitness, under the supervision of Steve lilley. Who recomended a different approach to my eating habits. I was monitored weekly and with the gentle exercise I lost 1 to 2 lbs each week and I now feel I have more energy and feel more confident about my up coming ops.

Please find Sculpting Fitness's prices below, please note these prices are for a traveling distance of 12.5 miles to and from the member of staff. Any further distance to travel will result in a fee of £0.40 per mile each way, on top of a flat rate fee of £30 per hour. Discounts are available along with gift vouchers.
