About Us
Nicky has completed over 3 years of training with Future Fit, one of the UK's leading providers in Exercise, Health and Nutrition and Weight Management to become an Advanced Exercise Specialist.
Nicky is on the Register of Exercise Professionals, classified as an Advanced Instructor. REPs is
Europe and Australia's governing body of exercise instructors, ensuring you get fully qualified instrutors who's training is continually updated.
Nicky has then taken this initial Pilates training and supplemented it with one of the UKs leading Pilates developement teams
Modern Pilates.
Nicky has trained with Physiotherapists and Posture Specialists to understand the mechanics of the body, this knowledge is then used to offer you a specific programme taking into account, your posture type, strengths and weaknesses and your goals.
Nicky has had a life long passion for health and fitness end enjoys running and obviously Pilates. Though Nicky has/ does participate in many different sports, e.g football, hockey, mountain biking and skiiing and loves nothing more than running round with her 2 kids, Running about with the kids keeps her as fit as any exercises regime that could be prescribed for you within the gym.
