Reflexology

Practised for several thousand years, it covers all areas of the body through the hands, feet and ears. Reflexology can be used to treat the whole body in a gentle and relaxing way, helping to heal many disorders including backaches, migraines, PMT and stress.
Reflexology for babies and children
1 session £5-£10

Working on the same principles as for adults, children and babies benefit from reflexology also. It can help with digestive problems, colic, irregular sleeping patterns, insomnia, anxiety, teething as well as a variety of normalities that children deal with whilst they grow.
Reiki
1 Hour £25.00
Reiki is a non-invasive healing technique to balance and harmonise the whole body, working on the physical, mental and emotional levels. Reiki is a deeply relaxing form of therapy that encourages the body to heal itself. This helps to relief anxiety, backache, stress, depression and pain relief.
Indian Head Massage
45 mins £25.00
Indian Head Massage is a simple yet very effective massage therapy working on the shoulders, upper back, neck, upper arms, head, face and ears. Indian Head Massage assists circulation, lymphatic drainage, working on pressure points to relieve stress and muscular tension. Indian Head Massage is excellent for relieving migraines, headaches, sinus congestion, anxiety, stress, insomnia, backache that is extremely advisable to people with desk jobs or on computers.
Metamorphic Technique
1 Hour £25.00
Metamorphic technique works on the spinal reflexes located in the feet, hands and head. Known to work at a sub-conscious level it can be used to re-establish a flow of life through physical, mental and emotional bodies. Many people testify to significant changes in their live as negative patterns of behaviour are transformed and inner harmony is restored.
Hopi Ear Candles
45 mins £25.00
Ear candles are made from natural products and are perfectly safe. They work on the same principle as moxibustion, by creating a gentle suction action on the ear canal and drum. This treatment offers an alternative to ear syringing as well as relief from ear, nose and sinus problems, headaches, earaches and asthma. This treatment includes reflexology to help clear sinus and neck tension.
Multi Dimensional Cellular Healing

Multi Dimensional Cellular Healing works by clearing unwanted negative energy by working through past life regression. This journey looks at the karmic patterns in your life and can break any negative connections you may have.
Warning This is an extensive therapy that covers deep seated emotions and therefore may not be suitable for everyone.
Chakra Balancing and Aura cleansing

Using crystals to cleanse, balance and energise the Chakras and Reiki to sweep and cleanse the Aura, leaving a feeling of harmony and balance to the mind, body and spirit.

Eileen K. Reilly practises natural healing through a variety of techniques. She has trained at Gablecroft College of Natural Therapies, West Cheshire College, with Brian Gill and renowned Reiki Masters.
