Welcome to Fran Groves - Bowen Technique
I'm trained in the Bowen Technique for humans and animals. It is a powerful hands-on therapy which has been shown to work holistically on restoring balance and a lasting sense of wellbeing via gentle moves on specific muscles and ligaments. Based in the Brecon Beacons National Park only 15 miles from the border with England, I practice in South Shropshire, Monmouthshire, Herefordshire/Worcestershire and South Wales.
My homebase set-up includes 3 purpose-built looseboxes, with rubber matting floors plus turn-out and grazing adequate to accommodate one extra convalescing horse. A period of several weeks can be arranged with owner/vet to tailor-make a physio programme based around Bowen treatments and gentle movement. My own horses are kept in as 'natural' an environment as possible.
Dogs can be assessed running in the fields or being walked in the garden. Treatment can be adminstered in or outdoors.
