Welcome to The Coaching Approach
After one career in information technology and another in sales and marketing, I am now a Certified Professional CoActive Coach with an ACC accreditation from the International Coach Federation.
With a track record of providing executive and business coaching and delivering programmes for HSBC, Aon, VocaLink, Tube Lines, two charities and countless individuals, I create and deliver workshops, coaching and training programmes.
I also offer personal life coaching on a one-to-one basis, to bring out the hidden leader within you.
I am based in Tunbridge Wells in Kent, but also deliver coaching in London and over the telephone.
