SERVICES
Welcome to Aberdeen Sports Massage
What is a Sports Massage & How is it different to other types of massage ?
Sports massage includes many modalities similar to Swedish massage, but it includes some deeper slower strokes using the elbow that may work across the muscles direction rather than along it.
Sports Massage focus on your tight muscles, rather than gloss over the sore points, This approach delivers results!
Second clinic now open In the Aberdeen Sports Village.
