SERVICES
The first appointment can take up to two hours. A full case history is taken and you are tested using a form of Kinesiology for between 150 and 200 foods and outdoor pollutants. Everything is written down for you or a leaflet will be given out.
You will be asked to avoid certain foods for one month and you will be given either herbs or vitamins to take. We will discuss your nutritional requirements at the end of the session. You don't need to avoid these foods forever, in the majority of cases they will be re-introduced over a period of time.
After the first month there will be a follow on visit to ascertain how you are doing, to test your vitamin levels, check improvements in your health
and to see what can be added back into your diet.
I also work with Homeopathic de-sensitisers. If you have asthma, eczema or hay fever they can work quite magically to relieve your symptoms. The results are nearly always permanent.
I work in a way to help you get "back in control" of your body. You will learn what symptoms are caused by what foods you are sensitive to.
On your first appointment please bring with you any vitamins or medications you are taking.
