About Us
I am an experienced counsellor and I offer private and confidential counselling to individuals and couples from my private practice which is based in Bexhill.I have worked as a counsellor for over twenty years in both Bexhill and surrounding areas.
I offer both long and short term therapy in a safe confidential environment in which you will be able to develop a greater understanding about yourself so that you can make the changes necessary to fulfil your potential. A good relationship between the client and the therapist is essential for promoting trust, confidence, a sense of well being and growth. I've a flexible appointment system and sessions can be booked for weekdays and evenings.

I have a Certificate in couples counselling and this is an area that interests me greatly. In these days when it is very expensive to divorce or separate often just a few sessions of counseling can turn relationships around or at least help to separate in a more amicable way.
