Welcome to Eternity Yoga
My name is Nithya Karpaya. I started Eternity Yoga because I believe that yoga should be fun, relaxing and above all good for you.
Whether you are old or young, fit or out of condition, able-bodied or disabled, yoga can help you to:

Enrolment
The safety aspects of any physical exercise need to be taken seriously, and yoga is no exception.
Therefore, before you can start a class you will need to complete and return an enrolment form with brief details of your medical history and current health status.
Don't be alarmed. Yoga is suitable - and indeed is often beneficial - for people at almost all levels of physical fitness. The information you supply is kept in strict confidence.
What should I bring to my first class?
You'll be happy to hear you don't need to invest in much equipment.
- a blanket
- a drink
- wear loose comfortable clothing
If you're just starting out, you don't need a yoga mat yet. Attend a couple of classes first. When you are ready to buy one, most sports shops have them for around £10.
