Welcome to Vital Pilates
Pilates is a body conditioning form of exercise that targets deep postural muscles, which help to protect and stabilise the spine. Our Bristol based Pilates classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels and is particularly recommended for those suffering from chronic back pain, sports injuries, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, womens' health problems, repetitive sprain injury, stress-related illness or ME.
Pilates works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. Osteopaths, physiotherapists and general practitioners recommend Pilates as one of the safest forms of exercise today, beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age, gender and fitness level.
Vital Pilates run six-week courses for all levels from complete beginners through to improvers and beyond, taking place at Clifton Chiropractic Clinic in Clifton, Bristol.
