There is a huge need for no nonsense, full time support and advice for people who want to live pain free and have fit, slim, healthy bodies. People who are intelligent enough to be educated about how their bodies work, to understand why they are malfunctioning and experiencing pain. More importantly to learn practical ways to do something about it.
