Shiatsu with Hannah Mackay, BA PhD MRSS
Shiatsu is a relaxing body therapy developed in Japan and in the West, drawing on the traditions of Chinese Medicine. It can help relieve symptoms and support you in your healing process. Shiatsu promotes health and well-being for your body, emotions, mind and spirit.
A shiatsu session generally lasts for about an hour, and takes place on a futon mat on the floor. You will remain fully clothed. The treatment will be tailored to meet your needs, and is likely to include massage, stretching and work to increase the balance and flow of energy (Qi) in the meridians. It doesn’t hurt!
